    In collaboration with designers and brand managers, and considering performance analysis of past collections, I am adapting the collection regarding stores segmentation. Selection of kids all brands products (apparel/ accessories/ shoes/ swimwear/ snow) for the 200 stores present in Europe.
     BUYING OF THE PRODUCT LINES
    In connection with the retail team, I am building the collection for the 2 networks (Boardriders stores and Corte Ingles), respecting budgets. Buying of the quantities and determining the replenishment.
     DEVELOPMENT OF COMMUNICATION TOOLS AND PRODUCT TRAINING FOR STORES
    Link with the visual merchandising teams by discussing selections, key silhouettes and segmentation of the collection. Ensure a clear coordination of merchandising tools to optimize the presentation products in stores. Driving the development of retail training tools.
     FOLLOWING RESULTS OF SALES (SELL OUT) AND ORGANIZE DEBRIEF
    Analysis of periodic sales results. Proposing action plans and producing injections if missing products or trends. Organisation of visits of key stores and Feedback of the season with store managers.
