Graduated with a Master degree in Food technology specialized in Advanced Food Technologies, I started my professional career as R&D Formulation Engineer at Lesaffre International.
I participated in elaboration and creation of milk drink enriched with yeasts for young ruminants, from bibliographic step to field trials with breeders. I also made a feasibility study and lab trials on a drink water project for poultry.
Because of this projects I have gained experience in feed.
Presently, I am working at Cosucra as R&D Product and Process Engineer Manager. My work is to follow-up the proper functioning of the factories and processes for the protein part. I also had the chance to work as Applicative and Formulation Manager in the Technical&Nutritional service during 9 months, where I was in partnership with commercial and marketing services, but also and mainly with our customers which I helped with formulation and creation of products based on our ingredients: pea proteins, pea starch, pea fibers and inulin from chicory roots.
I am more than motivated, very curious, independent and enthusiastic at the idea to learn more and more.
