I joined the Nordex company, where had the role of international project manager, I have been involved in the construction of more than 130 turbines, 300 MW.
Refining my knowledge I became a technical expert construction including earthworks, civil engineering and assembly. I worked as a team leader in a team composed of controlling manager and a site manager plus support of engineering department to manage different kind of contracts with our customers and subcontractors. organize the sites, solve technical problems, delivering projects on time and according to budget. After building the largest wind farm French I wanted to steer me towards international markets (England, Belgium, Greece, Italy).
I now work for Reid lifting where I am the operations director where I manage the team : accounting, technical team, sales addministration, human ressources. I look for new suppliers and partners. Negociation and management of offers, contracts and framework agreement.
