As a Recruitment Officer, my work consists in analyzing our clients’ needs, finding the right way to reach the candidates I identified as relevant by publishing different job offers, sourcing on job boards and internal data-base, hunting and using different networks or setting up different search agents.
I am also in charge of the preselection of those candidates through phone interviews which are leading, in the case of promising profiles, to an interview with one of the technical managers I work with.
