    2011 - maintenant Based in Antananarivo, Madagascar.
    The Group owns 4 fisheries around Madagascar focused on shrimp and fish fishing and has 2 companies in Antananarivo specialized in seafood retailing and cooling activities. It also has companies in France, Morocco and Mayotte. A total of 1300 employees and a global turnover of 60 millions Euros.

    Under the responsibility of the Group Owner and the Group CFO:
    - Management of a team of 4 people, and daily supervision and support to the Financial Departments around Madagascar (accountants, controllers).
    - In charge of the budgets and their follow up; gap analysis.
    - Control of the monthly reporting of the companies in Madagascar.
    - Various management missions: accounting, inventories, operations, procedures...
    - Set up of indicators to enforce control and follow up.
    - Internal audit and missions of control on the different sites of the Group; set up of procedures of control.
    - Support to the treasury manager.
    - Support and control of the application of accounting rules, in-time management and data reliabilities.
    - Development of the good use of the SAGE Line 100 Software and process harmonization in the companies of the Group.
    - Simulations on various investment projects.
    - Missions on how to improve the organization, the coordination and common tools between Madagascar French companies of the Group (Gel Pêche and France Agro-Industrie, which belong to the same owner).
    - In charge of some business development in the Indian Ocean.
  • Coopération Décentralisée Région Alaotra-Mangoro / Conseil Général d'Ille-et-Vilaine - Financial and Administrative Manager & Program Coordinator

    2010 - 2011 Development projects for the local population based on ecotourism, waste management in two cities and partnerships between cities.

    As a Financial & Administrative Manager
    - Represent the Conseil Général d’Ille et Vilaine (a French Administration) to the Madagascan Officials.
    - In charge of all administrative and financial aspects on the different projects.
    - Budgets making and follow-up.

    As a Program Coordinator
    - Training in management and accounting for the local partners.
    - Support to the waste management programs in 2 cities with local NGOs.
    - Ecotourism: technical and financial support to the tourist board (Office Régional de Tourisme de la Région Alaotra Mangoro / ORTALMA). Promote the region as a new touristic destination.

    2008 - 2009 Based in Vietnam with regular missions in Thailand.
    ASVELIS is a French-Vietnamese company working with the most important donors (USAID, EuropaAID) and private companies. It has 20 employees specialized in livestock and animal health consulting in the South-East Asia area.
    The company also owns a vet clinic in Hanoi.

    - Set up of the accounting follow up and the monthly report.
    - Budget making and follow up.
    - Prepare the financial and contractual offers to Donors and Partners.
    - Project Coordinator on the assistance to Mon and Karen refugees for livestock development at the border between Thailand and Myanmar
