En résumé

En Volontariat International en Entreprise jusqu’en février 2010, j’ai l’opportunité de participer au développement du SUV le moins cher du monde à l’usine Dacia en Roumanie. Je suis chargé d’encadrer l’équipe Projet du périmètre des pièces d’Equipements de Carrosserie. Je mets ainsi à contribution ma rigueur et développe mes capacités de synthèse et d’animation.

Ce VIE fait suite à mon diplôme d’ingénieur généraliste EPF obtenu en 2007. Un stage en Allemagne et une année universitaire aux Etats-Unis ont enrichi ma spécialisation en mécanique des matériaux et des structures. Ces multiples expériences témoignent de ma capacité d’adaptation et de ma curiosité

    Project scope: Low Cost Vehicle Range of Renault Group (Logan, Sandero, Duster).

    Managed team having 20 part designers for Interior and Exterior Trims plastic parts,
    Ensured application of company processes and core competencies rules,
    Ensured team’s skill enhancement and oriented product design solutions,
    Ensured communication with international Engineering Centers.

  • Renault Technologie Roumanie - Assistant Technical Synthesis Engineer (TSE)

    2009 - 2010 Vehicle Engineering – Body Equipments Engineering Department (DIEC). H79 Project.
    Bucharest and Mioveni, Romania.

    Led DIEC Project team having 20 collaborators for 11 workmanships,
    Led the panel of 20 suppliers located in Europe and Asia,
    Reported to the Project General Manager, TSEs of other Departments and Plant Managers,
    Participated to the Project Progress Reviews, milestones’ decision-making body.

    H79 Project: 1st industrialization at Dacia Mioveni Plant of the "Duster" SUV & 4WD..

  • Renault Technologie Roumanie - Geometry Team Coordinator

    2008 - 2009 Vehicle Engineering – Body Equipments Engineering Department. Bucharest, Romania.

    Ensured skill’s improvement and managed a group of 4 geometers. Kept projects targets and reported to the Technocentre (Guyancourt).

    Projects: Logan/Sandero range, Euromed Region.

  • Nexans SuperConductors GmbH - Intern

    2007 - 2007 Research and Development center. Huerth, Germany.

    Characterized mechanical properties and resistance to fracture of a superconducting ceramic.

  • PSA Peugeot Citroen - Intern

    Rueil Malmaison 2005 - 2005 6-month internship at the Structure’s Design Department of PSA Peugeot-Citroen (Velizy – France).
    Established a system of standardized sections’ book.
    Used: Catia V4, Microsoft Office.
