- Creation and elaboration of a sustainable development policy for French train stations
- Management plan for sustainable development created for individual train stations
- Project management of an experimental rainwater recovery system for Bordeaux train station: the purpose of this was to experiment in possible solutions for sustainable development and the management of renewable energies.
Demonstrated Skills:
I have carried out an eight months training course with the SNCF – the leading European French railroad company. I worked within the safety and environmental department of Stations and Connections. I managed two large-scale projects for a period of eight months.
1- Initially I was in charge of elaborating and setting up a sustainable development policy for French train stations.
I created a document with regards to the destinations of developers, partners and station users.
My report consisted in several parts concerning four areas of sustainable development: social issues and needs, economic issues, environmental requirements, authority.
This consisted of:
• Practical sheets on the problems of environmental charter and sustainable development
• A development plan that covered personal, finances and medium to long terms goals
• A management plan for sustainable development according to individual stations
• Presentations to explain the step to the various employees
2- My second task was to manage an experimental project about a sustainable development problem.
I had to manage the project which implemented a rainwater recovery system in Bordeaux’s train station, the purpose being to experiment in possible solutions for sustainable development and the management of renewable energies.

I have carried out a six months training course with the Kraft – a leading world food company. I worked within the health and safety department within the Bordeaux factory. I managed three large-scale projects for a period of six months.
Initially I was in charge of elaboration, implementation and driving of a global plan of analysis of the risks, safety, project management and training. For this project I created a specific program to manage the implemented system.
I also created an ergonomics table with regards to the destinations of LEAN manager.
Finally I worked with the quality department whilst conducting the audits.
