Oversees sales floor cleaning, store recovery and standardization, and form and faceout changes.     I started my career with Abercrombie and Fitch through our new opening store (Hollister) in Nice (Côte d'Azur). I have been trained through out a training program during 4 month. I have learned each important department of the job. Then I have been promoted as an assistant manager after successfully pass my internal final exam (80/100).
    I got different experiences through out my work in Nice. I have been in charge to develop those department according to our company expectations and our business goals !

    - Recruitment: staffing goal analysis and human resource management. Recruiting Network, interview and hire/fire process.

    - Associate Training: associate customer service training according to our company expectation. Brand senses development through our standard and visual marketing. Providing reforcing and redirecting feedback. Following up associate on task. Managing accountabilities.

    - Visual Manager (Marketing): marketing and visual supervisor. Merchandising manager. New collection set and audit associate training on marketing and floor set.

    - Store experience: "floor supervisor" sale floor manager. Team management and audit floor process ( fitting room, cash wrap, customer service, replenishment system, store experience... ). Managing business.
