o Construction of New Administrative and Headquarters Facilities for NATO (SHAPE) - Belgium
• Project description: This new project is to provide a new Head Quarters NATO that has been created with the assistance of the U.S. The work includes preparation of project concept along with the development of comprehensive criteria for the solicitation of a 15% design build construction contract. The scope includes an administrative building (including LEED criterias), vehicle parking area, energy management and Control System.

• Project descritpion: The Youth center is make for 90 childreens between 6 to 18 years. The planning was 3 months to complete the 100% Design package. Gross area : 2.650m²

o Lodging Facility - US Customer - Belgium
• Project description: The new facility will provide 94 rooms of which 32 standards guest rooms, 2 extended stay rooms and 60 family suites for a gross area of 7.082 m².
Design scope includes concept design and preparation of 100% contract documentation.

o New DeCa Commissary – US Customer - Belgium
• Project description: The Commissary is approximately 4.450m² with a sales area of 2.300m². The new facility include new administration offices, employee breakrooms, cashier office, a bakery/deli area, self checkout, all new refrigeration display cases, walk-in coolers and freezer, new décor package, staging/receiving areas and parkings.

• Project description: Rehabilitation of an old coal sorting and washing plant built in 1954 from Marshall funds to improve coal extraction yield in the area.
