    2004 - maintenant Director of Sofialys' Business Unit 'Service Operation & Customer Support' whom deliver the Professional services on Customer projects, build and enhance the campaign management Service and Support the Business Development & Marketing Organisation in developing the Professional Services business.

    I'm the Voice of Customer (SFR, Orange France and GOS) for DM and geolocation platform evolution, contribute to / write functional specifications for platform enhancement requests, conduct users’ acceptance tests.

    I have been working for Sofialys since 2004.
