    Monitor and analyze consumer needs and technology trends to identify current and future Regional consumer needs
    Manage the product roadmap for the Region, including phase-in, phase-out planning.
    Customize/localize product positioning, messaging, packaging, and online marketing assets for the Region, working closely with Global Product Management and Corporate Marketing.
    Drive new product introductions to a successful Regional launch including support of press tours and key retailer meetings.
    Create and execute regular product trainings for Sales and Customer service in the region,
    Create and/or customize sales presentations using competitive, consumer and market data to increase product placements and/or profitability
    Monitor competitor activities including pricing, marketing strategies and product direction
    Analyze the Regional P&L and key account sellthrough
    Provide inputs to the forecast process based on P&L analysis
    Work closely with Regional Sales to encourage and enable profitable category management with key accounts.
    Ensure good representation at all trade shows
    Develop business partnership related to Product development

    •Define country specific budget for all national sales organizations
    •Realize monthly forecasting
    •Communicate local needs regarding products, sales, and marketing to headquarter level
