I have been working in the Utilities for the last 16 years, out of my 23 years of experience .

Since March 2009 I have joined RWE Energy Belgium, a new player on the B2B energy market, to start the activities as Senior Operations Manager. I managed the sourcing (gas & electricity) project with our mother company, participated in acquiring our licenses (at federal and regional levels) & access contracts (with distribution and transport companies), and I implemented a very efficient front- & back-office system, and processes, within a thin Opex+Capex budget and recurrent cost.

As Operations Manager I manage the B2B business activities from sales quote till cash management, throughout pricing / sourcing / product definition / switching / metering-allocation / invoicing / banking / dunning, and related reporting & settlement, in narrow contact with Shipper/ARP, and also Grid Operators and Authorities (regulators).

My key responsibilities: handshake with sourcing & shipping, products implementation, quotation management, contracting, invoicing, cash management, and reporting.

My area of expertise: Business & Operations set-up and management for electricity and gas supply activities, including process & system definition and implementation management. This for B2B and B2C market segments.

I am interested in business start-up, and operations management functions at management level.
