Bolton2012 - maintenantIn this position, my mission was to start-up, maintain, troubleshoot and optimize injection moulding systems and robots.
Acting as trusted technical advisor, I developed and maintained excellent customer relations.
I was able to run mold and production cells tests, and set them up to produce parts of best quality at the highest speed.
Building on my past experience, I further developed diagnosis and problem solving skills on hydraulic, mechanical, pneumatic, electrical and electronic control systems.
Thanks to that, I was assigned with additional responsibilities such as to provide phone support to customer staff and to Service Technicians in the field, remote troubleshooting, and customer training.

Working on a shift basis, I carried out planned and breakdown maintenance of high speed production lines and process equipments, within very tight schedules in order to maintain the production efficiency targets.
