Work Performed and competencies offered:
To provide field support for all operational matters within the field of maintenance planning, shutdown planning and maintenance work control.
To administrate and maintain the field documentation and technical archive.
To schedule and monitor all field activities with special focus on maintenance works execution for all disciplines i.e. electrical-, instrumentation-, civil-, mechanical- and piping-works (own personnel & contractors).
To receive and act on instruction of the headquarters maintenance planner.
Being part of the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Software) implementation team and assist in data collection and -provision & equipment tagging. Assist in the development of the CMMS, S-RCM, RBI and preventive maintenance strategies, equipment criticality, Bills of Material (BOM) etc.
To actively operate the CMMS software (SAP-PM) as a key-user on a day-to-day basis, data input, and preparation of maintenance discipline reports including cost reporting.
Prepare planning level 1, 2 and 3
Planning updating and progress monitoring
Issue S curves for planned and physical progress
Issue Histograms for planned and actual resources
Issue progress reports (daily, weekly and monthly)
Critical path analysis and corrective action proposal
