Actuellement, je suis Cadre Technique chez Aéroconseil , Work-package leader maintenabilité Trent XWB pour Airbus sur l'A350. J'ai débuté ma carrière aéronautique dans la Marine Nationale par 25 ans dans l'Aéronavale en patrouille maritime (mise en oeuvre et dépannages Atl1 et Atl2 en France et à l'étranger), puis en 2006, 18 mois de flight test avec Engine Alliance pour le GP7200 sur l'A380 chez Snecma Services à Toulouse. Ensuite, 3 ans en tant que Technicien de maintenance et production moteurs (GP7200 et PW4170) sur Airbus A380 et A330 chez Pratt&Whitney.

    Blagnac 2010 - maintenant I currently work for Aeroconseil on behalf of Airbus Aircraft operability and maintainability engineering (EIOO3 department) on the A350 project propulsion systems. My objectives are to optimize the aircraft availability and to minimize the maintenance costs.

    My mission aims to influence the design for suppliers and so for internal working groups in order to incorporate all maintainability and operability requirements.
     Optimize the OR (Operational Reliability) and the DMC (Direct Maintenance Costs) by influencing the design, predicting reliability, performing maintainability analysis through the QMA (Qualitative Maintenance Analysis) (assess the potential to do the task) and minimizing the use of GSE (Ground Support Equipment)
     Scheduled maintenance
     Ensure aircraft flight Safety and maintainer physical integrity by performing MHEA (Maintenance Human Error Analysis) Humans factors
    Secure the readiness at EIS (Entry In Service) of GSE by detecting the needs through MTA (Maintenance Task Analysis) (assess the time and resource to do the task) and by their functionally specifying.
    It also consists in structuring the project itself by defining methods such as the V&V (Validation and Verification process).
