I do believe that Ethic is at the basis of all complex goals achievements, all of them requiring an effective commitment from the whole stakeholders.

I think we can reach it by a consistent and simple attitude which needs to be proven daily by being fair and consistent in the decision-making process, by delivering what we promise, and by managing anyone and any issue with respect and within win-win deals.

Quality isn't for me a measurable value but is a goal of all responsibilities I undertake.
