- Prepare monthly P&Ls per Channel, Customer, and Category; provide analysis, explanations, and comparisons versus plans.
- Provided monthly reports on divisional, Volume, Sales, Gross Profit, Gross Margin, and Cost Of Goods Sold.
- Assisted Business Support & others departments with specific analysis.
- Corporate & Local Reporting
- Calculation of EVAs by Brand, Revenue, cost variances and analysis,
- Monthly reconciliation of accounting COGS.
- Prepare the Operating budget and Revised Forecast for BU P&L statement,
- Analyze and report monthly actual to management, monitor risks to forecast (discounts, cost, overhead, forex and others) and initiate corrective actions as fast as possible after issues arise.
