Organising and performing on site the maintenance operations,
Ensuring that the company's HSE regulations are respected (especially procedures related to work Permits), as well as approved operating procedures and standards industry practice during performance of maintenance operations placed on production site ,
Ensuring adequate availability of spare parts, materials, tools and equipments, creating material master requests with necessary information to the engineer for material ordering manager intervention using the CMMS,
Supervising the electrical installation include protection system, emergency generator, power distribution system including modern microprocessor based protection relays,
Ensuring that all maintenance and repair to plant and equipment are carried out in a safe and efficient manner and in strict compliance with company operating procedures,
Monitoring work execution and providing guidance to ensure conformity to statutory company regulations,
Ensuring proper utilization of main power equipment and tooling assigned to the plant,
Following up and directing the implementation of preventive and annual electrical maintenance plans,
Ensuring proper analysis of all information in the daily defect book and initiating necessary corrective action as necessary,
Entering the functioning intervention reports in the CMMS and writing the technical reports related to the field,
Identifying recurrent corrective maintenance interventions, analysing them and suggest improvements,
Carrying out, at the supervisor request , any intervention within his field of competence,
Responsible for the maintenance of electrical equipment installed in production site, utilities and off site plant and HVAC section of the gas process plant,
Supervising the installation, maintenance work, repairing and testing of electrical equipment to provide an efficient maintenance service to operations,
Guaranteeing a good level of availability of the equipment, responsible for on production site
Keeping a critical eye on current preventive maintenance programmes
Verifying the quality of team's interventions by frequent on-site checks,
Suggesting improvements and requesting modifications.

Participate in the diagnosis and repair of major faults and breakdowns, compile and submit technical work,
Ensuring that the company HSE regulations are respected especially procedures related to work permits, as well as approved operating procedures and standard industry practice during performance of maintenance operations on the site,
Overhauling and testing of various types of electrical equipment (ANSALDO generators and motors, Merlin Gerin switchgear, hazmayer transformers, rectifiers, inverters ...etc.),
Providing assistance and development of predictive maintenance programme CMMS for gas plants by using software called R5,
Participating in the implementation and development of predictive maintenance programme CMMS for Gas plant by using Software called R5,
Assuming the coordination between the electrical and production sections in order to optimize
the overhauling equipment.
