    Scope: EPC Floaters (FPU, FPSO) + Transportation and Installation
    Location: Jakarta + Karimiun (Indonesia)

    Main Activities carried out

    * Follow up and development of Project Control Staff ;
    * Workload management with assignment to PCON resources to projects ;
    * Implementation and follow up of Project Control Corporate procedures ;
    * Support to commercial and tendering activities ;
    * Deployment of training path for selected resources ;
    * Follow up of projects in Execution in Indonesia ( mainly Floaters and offshore activities ) ;

    Location: Angola
    Position: Fabrication yard Cost Controller.

    Main Activities carried out :

    * Estimating of fabrication budget for subsea structure: Manifolds, Piles, Jumpers, Buoyancy Tanks, Pipe in Pipe.
    * Follow up of daily man-hours spent to fabricate : analysis of ratio man-hours/ ton expected vs. actual
    * Update of Cost Control report: actual costs to be analyzed based on physical progress done. Review of Estimate to Complete and update of final forecast. ;
    * Follow up of Change orders quantities. ;
    * Monthly invoicing process to several Clients : TOTAL, EXXONMOBIL, ENI. ;
    * Management of fabrication suppliers and manpower agencies in the yard ;
    * Yard Status report : financial review with Business Unit members
