I am resourceful, energetic, dynamic and inclined to improve. I am a driver of change and like to participate and influence with intelligence and expertise. I have worked in different companies in the Currimjee Group and have a number of achievements in operations and management. I have been recognized by management for my contributions and have a set of formal documents and testimonials witnessing my performance.

Generally, I have more or less polished my skills in all fields related to driving a business and its people. I have worked in the commercial environment and devised different plans to capture and keep markets. I have strong leadership and excellent interpersonal skills. I am also very influential and can drive a team with set objectives and targets. I enjoy working with clear directions and i have always been influential in problem solving. I have throughout my career demonstrated my skills in analysis, be it financial, marketing or sales and have presented plans and performance to the management and board of directors.

I can analyse and design a management system coupled with IT, i can lead a team and ensure targets and objectives are met, i can re-structure and re-engineer an area of activity that is either non-value added or not efficient, i can design and implement plans to increase sales and capture markets, i am very good at manipulating databases and drill through to produce reports and presentations. I can set-up and manage shops and drive the sales team with the experience I have acquired while differentiating the services and incentives to achieve targets. Challenges are what motivate me and I am always on the look-out for innovation and creativity.
