• Sagem - Black Belt Lean project leader for SAFRAN Electronics Division

  PARIS 2014 - maintenant I am in charge of transversal DMAIC projects inside the Electronics Division of SAFRAN. Lean for conception and engineering is the core of my activity.
  
  DMAIC (an abbreviation for Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control) refers to a data-driven improvement cycle used for improving, optimizing and stabilizing business processes and designs. The DMAIC improvement cycle is the core tool used to drive Six Sigma projects. However, DMAIC is not exclusive to Six Sigma and can be used as the framework for other improvement applications
  

• Sagem - Mission planning and debriefing system Software Leader

  PARIS 2013 - 2014 My mission was to lead Software development project with a team of around 12 Software engineer and a subcontractor with the same size of team.
  
  Mission planning and debriefing system is a highly comprehensive system that can be adapted to all types of missions and aircraft. Used by fighter jets in combat operations
  
  Main functions:
  -Creates flight and attack plans
  -Analyzes missions, with video playback
  -Provides tactical situation (flight corridors, positions of threats and ground troops, etc.) and geographical 2D and 3D environment (digital maps, terrain profiles, weather, etc.)
  -Initializes parameters for weapons and electronic systems (weapons, electronic warfare, radio, IFF, MIDS, etc.)
  

• Sagem - Aircraft NAS Software Leader

  PARIS 2012 - 2013 My mission was to lead Software development project for modernized fighter. Aircraft NAS Software is an embeded Software inside Navigation and attack system devices such as:
  -SMC: Smart Mission Computer (fighter main calculator)
  -DMG: Digital Map Generator
  -SWIU: Smart Weapon Interface Unit (used to manage modern AA/AG weapons)
  
  I'm not only in charge of fighter Software but also in charge of ground system like Aircraft NAS Trainer software.
  

• SAGEM DS - Aircraft NAS Trainer Software Leader

  PARIS 2009 - 2012 Aircraft NAS Trainer is a specific flight simulator focused on Navigation and Attack System. I’m in charge of the complete project Software leading

• SAGEM Mobiles - Industrialization software development team leader

  2004 - 2009 SAGEM Mobile was in charge of conception and industrialization of mobile phone.
