    Established the entire product portfolio for the store (3C), IPG & PSG products

    Trained all store staff on selling skills, product knowledge, team building
    Ensured the application of all Merchandising guidelines coming from HP
    Built / execute Q110 & Q210 Marketing plan for the store (RDF budget allocated by HP)

    Mission 3: In charge of the new Demo Days program’s development in Morocco (funded by Microsoft)
    Audited the previous concept: interview of store staff, audit of Demo Days in key stores
    Developed a new concept adapted to Customer, Retail Partner & HP needs & guidelines
    Deployed 15 weekends of Demo Days (Q409 & Q110) with 20 strategic retailers.

    Key achievement: Managed and launched a retail business strategic project in an emerging country
