Management & expertises skills :
- strengthening team cohesion and cooperation on joint projects and specific skills development,
- contributing to transversal coordination between the ICN legal department and other legal departments within the Orange legal division at both corporate level (IP, data protection and security, competition law, Content, sourcing, employment law, company law) and local level (OBS, France, European and MEA Orange countries);
- ensuring legal compliance for all activities in international networks (installation and maintenance of submarine cables, satellites, terrestrial transmissions), voice services and connectivity to operators and internet providers worldwide, roaming
- carrying out training and awareness initiatives within the current legal and regulatory framework and contributes to ensure international activities comply with the Group’s compliance program, security policy and rules governing personal data.

Management/expertise skills:
- strengthening team cohesion and cooperation on joint projects and specific skills development
- focusing on IT transformation projects at Group level (e.g software culture program, cloud, API policy), on Big Data program to coordinate Orange’s data strategy for the entire Group by implementing an in-house exploratory Big Data platform,
- securing the intra-group relationship relating to information system (platforms, applications)
- securing the relations with the editors by minimizing the risks of audit in coordination with Orange’s countries, following the workshops relating to the editors within the CIGREF
- securing the personal data policy for TGI in collaboration with the DPO of the Orange Group
- contributing to transversal coordination between the IIT legal department and other legal departments at both corporate level (IP, data protection and security, competition law, international business, sourcing, employment law, company law) and local level (OBS, France, European and AMEA Countries),
- being involved in sensitive/strategic projects relating to innovation (e.g. International Innovation Centers reorganization, Open Innovation projects, big data, blockchain, Artificial intelligence, intra-group relationships)
- build the tool and being involved in new perimeters and projects of acquisition relating to IT aspects (e.g launch of Orange Bank, Orange Money platform, launch of banking activities in new area) after having collectively constructed the mandatory IT questionnaire attached to such operations.
