  * Check & approve suppliers' drawings, specifications, Test Plans for FAT and commissioning activities.

  * Prepare material lists, provisional and final drawing lists, base and detailed design for the substation.
  * Prepare engineering and construction planning and estimates.
  * Prepare equipment, material and construction specifications for project.
  * Perform electrical design and calculations for various electrical powers, communication and control systems.
  * Prepare relay & control panel arrangement plans, material lists, R&C schematics, wiring diagrams, ...
