I always had a very good relationship with people and I've always wanted to discover the wealth of people with a different culture from mine during my many travels. What I like is to be close to people, provide solutions and manage problems to facilitate situations.
I chose to work in Human Resources, largely through personal conviction. I think the first strength of a company are its men and women who compose it. We talk a lot of competitive advantages in terms of technology, quality processes, etc. but do not forget that there are men and women behind this. Moreover, it's a field that tracks the evolution of the company and develops talents that are the strength of company.
For me, the HR function is permanently transform the pace of change of businesses. The analysis of HR data predicts allocate resources, recruiting profiles, skills, and develops and provides a new source of value to management teams. The future of HR activities should move from traditional support role to a "valorization human capital" role.
