    -Elaborate with sales team new product marketing plans & launch strategies
    -Monitor a benchmark on competition (technology, pricing, trends, and product)
    -Define in corporation with CTS and marketing managers local product requirements and adaptation (colour or design exclusivity, software and hardware customisation)

    -Introducing Alcatel newest mobile phones and managing individual projects dealing with KAM and CTS.

    -Support our Orange KAM on global customisation issues and technical queries, controlling mock-ups, testing and marketing sample processes.
    -Work with sales, marketing and supply chain to prepare, plan and execute product launches.

    -Prepare portfolio presentation to O2/Telefoncia KAM each quarter
    -Provide them all support (product presentation, selling point presentation, samples, product update) to push our devices to O2/Telefonica
