    o WCA-SC Leader (Part of Orange MEA CBT Leadership team): Built from scratch a Support Center to support Orange RAN Modernization deployments (MOSAIC program 521 Meuros across 5 countries in WCA) over NI, NPO and e2e domains;
    o CDM Nokia Introduction: successfully kicked-off new NOKIA portfolio including 300 LTE overlay sites and manage to secure the MEA MOSAIC swap pilot from fALU to Nokia, participate to MOSAIC bid strategy definition and award success which define account strategy and business for the next 8 years.
  • Alcatel-Lucent France - Service Business Manager

    Paris 2012 - 2016 Service Business Manager – CBT Orange MEA 2012-2016
    ALCATEL-LUCENT INT. – Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire
    o Deliver the refresh of 1100 sites (swap & optimization) which allowed Orange to recover his first position in front of MTN (source: OMEA Orange benchmark). Several crisis management: 3G QoS and Network QoE (Cust. Experience) degradation and recovery. Manage P&L of 68 M€ over 3 years.
  • Alcatel-Lucent France - Contract Manager

    Paris 2010 - 2011 Etisalat Nigeria (EMTS), +US$ 300M projects (mobile, GSM & UMTS)
    The Contract Manager leads all contractual aspects of the turnkey project and its associated phases. Main responsibilities are but not limited to:
    - Contractual responsibilities for all contracts against implementation and including negotiation with customers, legal and finance, manage Claim and Change Management;
    - Anticipate, manage and mitigate the risks of the entire project, evaluate financial and customer satisfaction impacts.

    The CTO leads the Network Design, Radio Network Optimization, Network Performance (Qos/QoE), Technical Project Managers and Managed Services Organization (10/2009-06/2010 : "Region 2'' equivalent 1/3 of Nigeria). Main responsibilities are but not limited to:
    - Advise customer Executives (CTO, Directors) in defining the full end-to-end architecture and design according to their network evolution, business strategy, CAPEX/OPEX;
    - Support Sales, Bid & Proposal teams, BDs, in the validation of RFP;
    - Accountable for Managed Services P&L (US$ 21M).
    * Lead design of 1450 Greenfield/Co-location sites (BSS and Transmission) over a year;
    * Secure important wins such as Phase 4 (US$ 74M) and 3G (US$ 23M, first win in Africa with Etisalat) and Kick-off 3G project launch

    * Lead a microwave turnkey project (World Bank, ITPC, US$ 44M) in Iraq over 3 regions, ALU being first vendor to succeed such project after war (finalist for ALU project award of the year);
    * Manage swap of ZAIN (former Iraqna) ALU network (Core & IN/VAS) to NSN;
    * ZAIN maintenance contract (US$ 9M) average Operating Profit at 20%.

    - Project strategy definition with customer Directors (Director of IN, Director of Core, CTO);

    * Manage in a timely manner NGN Proof of Concept for DIALOG, performance which qualifies Alcatel-Lucent for a bid of 6 Millions NGN lines and 9.5 Millions NgHLR subs;
