• Assist in the investigation of accidents and incidents to determine the underlying causes of accidents/injuries.

2012 – 2013: Senior HSE Technical Advisor (Ichthys CPF)
• Revision of HSE management plan, Hurricane Plan, ERP plan and other HSE documentation for company and project specification.
• During the detailed engineering phase provided technical support and advice to the Safety Engineering experts (CPF Hull & Topsides) for the achievement of robust, effective and operational Safety & Fire Fighting systems, marine life saving & rescue equipment for the protection of personnel from hydrocarbon and operational hazards associated with CPF.
• Interface with CPF / FPSO Hull & Topside safety engineers in providing necessary support and advice on the validation and follow up:
o facilities layout in regard with F&G prevention/detection and evacuation arrangement
o selection of safety & emergency/rescue equipment, marine life saving equipment in compliance with Company specifications & standards
• Participate and assess the tests related to FAT, Pre commissioning and commissioning of the Safety & Fire Fighting systems, marine life saving & rescue equipment
• Participate and provide necessary support for the development of operating procedures of the safety equipment on board the CPF facilities prior to towing and installation phase
