    Manage the full scope of finance: administration, accounting, taxes, HR, cash flow, working capital, contracts, budget, forecasts, Joint Venture compliance and reporting to head office.

    • In the context of the handover of a major gas sale agreement with the Government of Tanzania (80M$/Year): adjusted all finance, administrative & HR processes.
    • Secure the compliance with the yearly and simultaneous audits: tax and regulatory authorities, labour, partners, customs, transparency, local content, corporate social responsibility, HQ.
    • Drive the finance clauses of all other contracts in place: up to 30 for 50M$ per year in average.
    • Develop, train and motivate the finance team: 10 Persons – 13M$ OPEX.
    • Report to top management and stakeholders.
  • Maurel & Prom - Finance Controller

    Paris 2010 - 2015 Responsible for production of P&L, Balance Sheet & Cash flow statements – 3 entities, 130M$ CAPEX & OPEX.

    • Handed over a gas production entity after a Farm-In signature in a new exploration & production block.
    • Covered full Production Sharing Agreement/Production Sharing Contract & Joint Venture finance requirements (accounting, process, procurement, cash call, reports).
    • Developed, implemented and controlled budget & forecast processes.
    • Improved internal processes to support the growth: all processes approved by internal audits.
  • Maurel & Prom - Finance Supervisor

    Paris 2007 - 2009 Built and structured the administrative & finance team to support the activity - 4 wells – 2 seismics 2D & 3D, aeromag: 200M$.

    • Recruited 6 persons: 2 expats & 4 locals.
    • Established relationships with host government authorities & partners.
    • Secured Cost Pool & taxes to value Joint Venture’s assets.
    • Defined all policies & processes to support projects: purchases, accounting, payments, HR, Inventory.
    • Implemented and setup the ERP (SAGE 1000): in line with all policies & processes.

    • Led supply chain activities (5M€/Year).
    • Integrated the replenishment process into the company's standard IT system to improve the inventory turn-over from x3 to x12/year meanwhile reducing from 1 week to 3 days lead time to customer delivery.
    • Ensured relation with local subsidiaries to meet customers’ needs updating database for the supply chain.
