Since I began to transform myself by learning in MBA at Cnam, I understand that customer experience is a driver for Business Unit Strategy. Corporate Strategy is different.
This means new Global Marketing Strategy to be defined and aligned with marketing mix.
Managing Information System in digital firm is then "just" acting as business enabler to Business Unit.
My Solution Principal role at EMC² gave me culture, knowledge and skills to leverage such digital transformation by leading global programs that involved all CxO, responsible to deliver his own part of the value chain by managing the 5 forces and VRIO resource/capability .
CDO is my next goal to thrive change and help leverage value of Business challenges in a fast and competitve changing digital world.
