    Villepinte 2002 - 2007 •Activities done in parallel with department management
    •Definition of a complete multiplexed architecture for MY05 KIA Sedona including all the major functionalities of the vehicle.
    •Management of a multi competencies team (Electronic, software, Verification, buyer, Electrical layout) made of 28 engineers
    •Management of the project budget (4,9 Million€)
    •Design and verification (module testing and vehicle testing) of the main body controllers of the vehicle
    •Training of Delphi and KIA engineers on the technologies used in the products
    •No warranty issues or customer complains raised on that project since the start of production in July 2005. This project is considered as a reference inside Delphi teams.

    Villepinte 1999 - 2011 In charge of the creation and development of the software and system department
    • Create and develop software department inside an R&D center.
    • Manage the budget (creation, follow up) up to 1.2 M€ per year.
