    2011 - maintenant Capex 35 M€ / 250 sites (end 2014)
    - Smooth coordination for financial, commercial, technical and related HR, with “lean” oriented organisation, setup to support initial Sale and Lease Back operation (50 sites high tenancy).

    - Offering “All included” valuable leased services for TelcO / ISP / Broadcast: Tower, On/Off grid/RNE facilities (Mainly using solar power), security/monitoring (ESM), refuelling and maintenance.

    - Awarded of World Bank funding for passive Backbone and coverage infrastructure rollout (65 sites under Build Own Operate contract).

    - Geo marketing and antenna sharing promotion to motivate 50 to 70 “Built to Suit” site a year, for multi-operators coverage and traffic multi-technologies RAN expansion.

  • Electricité de Madagascar - Deputy CEO for Operations & Development:

    2010 - 2011 Electricity of Madagascar, premium energy’s solutions integrator, Turnover 5 M€.

    - New organisation setup to promote business, review profitability and processes, on portfolio:
    TelcO, industrial, power plant and renewable energies.

    - Environmental O&M contract organization for 450 RAN sites including MSCs.

    - Rollout of additional 90 solar sites, Gensets, UPS, Data centres for network and core extensions

  • TELMA / Madagascar. - Chief Technical Officer: Telma Group Wireless Networks

    Antananarivo 2009 - 2010 - Create and manage an ad hoc convergent Fixed-Mobile team, including skill and responsibility transfers from previous structure.
    - Training plan and internal process build up, including Opex monitoring optimisation and companies splitting.
    - Launch of 2.5G expansion and 3G HSPA network RFP: pushing purchasing alternative policy
    - Rollout of Ericsson IN platform geographical redundancy and full 2,5G Network expansion. Plus 56 RAN sites ongoing and 90additionals under design
    - Rollout of Huawei CDMA/EVDO 450 network upgrade (For Capacity and coverage) supporting Data oriented services.
    - Handling Hx & Hx VSat Ku /IP access network with 115 remotes for Data services and GSM rural backhauling (AbisoverIP and Local connectivity).

  • TELMA - CTO: Telma Mobile

    Saint-Ouen l'Aumône 2007 - 2008 - 2.5 EDGE Ericsson Network Launch in December 2006: Currently 1 Msubs / 40 M€ Capex.
    - Core Network upgrade: Creation of a 2nd MSC, MSS / MiP architecture fully redundant.
    - 235 GSM sites live, 30% solar wind or hybrid powered: dedicated Capex 4,6M€
    - All services prepaid / postpaid “market level”, and O&M network supports, launched in 18 months.

  • Libertis / Gabon - Project Manager Officer

    2005 - 2006 - Alcatel Core Network HW upgrade (including MSC environment) + 45 GSM sites deployment (coverage/densification), microwave & satellite linked. Capex 24 M€.
    - Codan/Comtech Domsat C-band 40 links, Hub and remote sites deployment. Capex 2.5M€.
    - Sagem SDH 5 sites Backbone deployment, solar powered & IP video monitoring. Capex 1 M€.
    - MobiMaster Custom Care and Billing system integration and production launch. Capex 1.5M€.
    - 300 GSM payment terminal integration for e-voucher distribution and banking.
    - RFQ for IP Call center upgrade / Multi-sites IP WAN inter connexions.

  • Consultanty activities - PM / Designs Engineer

    2003 - 2004 - Transmission engineering in Vietnam for Areva T&D: HamThuan / DaMi Hydropower project.
    - WLAN 802.11 deployment engineering for Ineo / Orange, in French hotels and airports.
    - Technical & proposal support on naval defence transmission project for Cegelec / DCN.
    - Supervision Audits on GSM traffic concentration / nodes sites: LDcom, Bouygues Telecom.

  • South West of France, for Firstmark - Regional Technical Manager,

    2002 - 2003 - Deployment and exploitation of RAN Alcatel, transmission Harris Stratex and Nortel ATM switching data systems.
    - Regional customer helpdesk and management / training of subcontractor’s technical teams.

  • Bouygues Telecom - Transmission Technical support
