• Lead, drive and oversee business and technical, towards facilitating operational excellence.
• Define project guidelines, technologies and budgets, for passive and active TelcO infrastructures from rollouts to life cycle management, minimizing Opex.
• Bring methods and procedure to the most cost effective way of delivering services, while achieving the highest levels in customer and regulatory satisfaction.
• Own the operation, ensure that appropriate organization, business processes, IT and reporting, are in place.
• Handle customers and purchase contracts from scope definitions, performances to financials.
