    Paris 2007 - 2009 Responsible for the planning process and its efficiency from the short up to the long term horizons, the optimization of the sourcing for the UK products taking in account the overall cost and the service level of the production sites. In relation with the Worldwide Sourcing Pole and the planning department of each sourcing countries to elaborate tactics and strategies answering customer needs, within highly demanding and volatile UK market.

    Insure the link between Marketing, Sales, Finance and Operations for the launch of any New Product within the Business. Managing a team of 3 people, member of the S&OP, the development committee and accountable for 110000 Tons of supplied dairy products from Europe.

  • DANONE UK - Operational logistic manager

    Paris 2005 - 2006 (Aug.05 to Dec.06)
    Responsible for both transport and warehousing in Danone U.K., managing a team of two people. I also participated to SAP implementation as purchasing Key user.

  • DANONE UK - Transport manager

    Paris 2004 - 2005 (Oct.04 to Jul.05)
    Responsible for the international transport of Danone U.K. (Budget 3M£/year), ensuring the daily activities, the supplier performance and the long term strategy.

  • DANONE France - Team Manager

    Paris 2003 - 2004 In the northern warehouse of Danone France, I was accountable for a team of 40 workers in a Temperature controlled environment. Managing the daily activity and building actions to improve our performance (productivity, quality, loss of products, …)

    An other part of my job was to drive some national projects like :
    - the development and the deployment of a new information system, enabeling to monitor the results of our workers and give a synthetic view of the warehouse performance.
    - the design and the implementation of credit processes for Key accounts to decrease the level of claims.

  • DANONE France - Placement

    Paris 2002 - 2002 My job was to help and advice all of the 6 French plants to manage their materials supply before SAP implementation. The project was composed of 2 parts :
    - Definition and setup of rational supply parameters (Safety stock level, supply frequency, filling rate of the supplier lorries, …).
    - Training of the material managers on new forecast tools. (I used to convince and to monitor their results with appropriate KPI).
