Lead Operational Excellence program. Plan and implement process improvement initiatives for all Segments and Business Units in terms of efficiency, quality and productivity, eventually achieve higher customer satisfaction.
- Provide consulting services s including gap assessment, providing most practicable solutions according to various models and framework, project management tool configuration and etc. Define and tailor process assets library for customers referring worldwide standards.
- Drive Common Metrics Program. Facilitate teams to define recommended metrics portfolio, collect metrics data periodically and perform root cause analysis according to the result for identification and implementation of process improvements initiatives.
- Establish Management Metrics Dashboards
- Execute scheduled process improvements initiatives, and periodically review and audit the overall status.
- Effectively manage the rocess improvements initiatives engagement issues and risks through progress reporting and escalations with concerned stakeholders.
- Conduct trainings for project teams upon their demand. Meanwhile, provide consistent consulting services for all teams within process and performance management area.
- Conduct trainings sessions on Operational Excellence inititative to all products teams members
