More than 14 years experience in business and technology consulting. Worked for diverse industries ranging from Transportation and Energy & Utilities to Cosmetics and Automotive, in international context. Examples of key achievements are:
- Successful setup and deployment of train control system in high speed train stations in France (TGV MED & TGV EAST). This bought major cities such as Marseille and Strasbourg far closer to Paris for millions of travellers in France
- Co-founded a start-up in Real Estate industry, whose the aim was to take advantage of new technologies such as social network and cloud & SaaS to modernize property management and ease life of millions of owners and tenants in France
- Participation in IT carve-out of a spinoff and preparation of a merger in Energy industry. High focus on change management in multi-countries operation (7 countries)
- Crafted a Logistic strategy to optimize the physical flows at EU level in Cosmetics industry
- Defined an IT roadmap and supervised the execution of the first phase of Force Filed management program in Energy & Utilities industry
- Managed a complex and sizable transition to GDM (Global Delivery Model) in auto industry (4 countries directly involved, ww scope)
