  2010 - 2011 Master’s Thesis:
  
  * Synthesis of Carbon capsules as a novel Nanoreactor for High Temperature reactions as well as Fuel cell applications
  - Gold , platinum, silver and palladium Nanoparticles have been successfully synthesised in the capsules to establish the concept of Nanoreactor.
  
  * Synthesis of Carbon Porous particle as a versatile drug carrier and Bio Imaging agent
  - Biocompatible porous Carbon Particles are synthesised from sugar that are used for drug delivery as well as MRI contrast agent.

  2009 - 2010 Project under category of clean coal technology
  
  -- Simulation of IGCC (Integrated gasification combined cycle) process for power generation.
  -- Steady state and Dynamic Aspen simulation of Single stage and Dual stage IGCC process was completed.
  -- Simulation models accepted for publication in book “Chemical Process Synthesis and Engineering Design”

• The Dow Chemical Company - Intern

  Midland 2009 - 2009 -Validation of Attainable Region theory ( concept of chemical reaction engineering) on a real reaction system used for manufacturing of Allyl chloride from propylene covering the process synthesis, design &control and optimization of cost and yield.
  
  -Work involves extensive use of MATLAB Software, Aspen Custom Modeler(ACM), Aspen Dynamics and finally , designing a ACM-excel interface tool for above concept
  
  - Develop a basic platform for a commercially viable tool based on this theory.

• Indian Institute of Technology , Kanpur - Research Fellow

  2008 - 2008 Selected from IIT kanpur to perform research work on conducting polymers with students from California Institute of Technology( US ) and National Institutes of Technology (India)
  
  Design and Fabricated a novel humidity sensor with a system of Interdigitated electrodes resulting in measurements with high sensitivity.
  
  Poster was presented in the final stage of the project evaluation
