- Responsibility:
- Support the project manager to define the guarantee team composition.
- Issue and distribute the “Defects log” to PD / PM, as per agreed schedule.
- Supervise and coordinate the technical team involved in the guarantee issues.
- Interface with Client operation team to solve the guarantee issues.
- Interface with Suppliers to support the technical disciplines in expediting the guarantee issues completion. Contact directly the vendors as necessary.
- Assure a short reply time to client for all the defects and consequently the timely and successfully closure of the guarantee period.
- Ask the support of the Corporate involved functions, in case the Suppliers do not respond.
- Inform PM/PD when the Plant Final Acceptance Certificate can be obtained; communicate when the last guarantee work is completed.

- Organize and coordinate all activities of welding inspection.
- Participate in coordination meetings with the client and subcontractors.
- Preparation and verification of ITP (Inspection Test Plan), specific to the project.
- Qualification of welding procedures (PQR) according to the welding specifications
(WPS).
- Welder's qualification according with the WPS project. ;
- Checking material certificate. ;
- Attends destructive testing (tension, texture, folding and resilience) at the testing
laboratories;
- Reviews and comments of all welding NDT procedures of the project.
- Preparations and classifications of QA / QC reports;
- Coordination & welding control and assembly (structural steel, piping, tank &
spheres) according with quality control plan QCP of project.
- Inspection chart of heat treatment of welds. ;
- Radiographic interpretation of welds according to the required code (ASME, API ...)
and approval of NDT reports.
- Checking and approval of welding books. ;
- Preparations Test Packs, followed by hydraulic tests / hydrostatic & coordination with
the ARH (Algerian regulator hydrocarbons).
- Préparation d'AQ / CQ gamme dossiers pour transmission finale au client.
