    2005 - 2013 Develop new or modify existing cigarette flavor systems for using in various markets
    around the world in the frame of new products’ launch.
    Ensure cigarette flavor and new flavor application system are transferable
    from the laboratory to the flavor production facility .
    Troubleshoot problems as they occur during commercialization.
    Participate and coordinate subjective project panels and utilize the data
    from the panel evaluations to improve cigarette flavor systems
    Ensure cigarette flavor systems comply to the appropriate regulations,
    Product Integrity guidelines and quality standards.
    Collaborate with Procurement and Material Qualification teams to ensure
    the quality of the ingredients and finished flavors.
    Partnership with Flavor suppliers to develop the flavor library
    Provide my expertise to Marketing & Packaging group to improve communication
    with final customers.
    Establishment of flavor specification (Technical data sheet)
    Ensure Intellectual property for innovative product is covered;
    Project Management : establishment of action plan, coordination of subject
    matter experts’ team, organization of monthly reviews, presentation to the Product
    Development top Management team
    Short term assingment (6 Months in 2010) in Indonesia : Kretek market learning &
    knowledge sharing
