    Paris 2009 - 2012 Report to the CFO and top management of the group in each country. This new assignment was related to:

    • Since the departure of the former program manager, take-over the lead on the team: business process owners, consultants (CSC and internal consultants), developers and DBA team. Total of 55 people involved in the project
    • Finalize the implementation of the new core model in the defined pilot site
    • Defining the rollout strategy (priorities, budget, teams & sequence of countries)

    PARIS LA DEFENSE 2009 - 2009 Working closely with the CFO & CIO, the objectives of the audit were to review the project organization, ma de an assessment of the deliverables and interviews the main actors of the project.

    The output was a set of recommendations and guidance to help Suez Environnement to build an “aggressive” but realistic planning to achieve the project on time.

    Paris La Defense 2008 - 2009 Working closely with the CIO, this position includes project managers coaching and leading business process owners (global and local). The program management officer position offers me many travels to China, India & UK. As the central coordinator for the rollout, the main responsibilities focus on:

    • Defining global strategy for the application software,
    • Following the budget
    • Manage all the functional teams and main contact for technical architecture
    • Lead internal and external consultants
    • Prepare / organize steering committees and gate reviews
    • Define the strategy for cutovers and ensure a non stop activities during the migration,
    • Expert in data migration from legacy to the new core model, dry run, training preparation and final cutover

    Marseille 2007 - 2008 As a head of IT across Europe and Board Member of the French legal entity, the main responsibilities focus on:
    • Defining global strategy for both application software and infrastructure.
    • Set up budget to ensure reliable IT organization and means of production
    • Manage technical and functional teams across Europe
    • Lead internal and external customers relationship and communication for IT purposes
    • Implement a new country based organization and central support team to ensure daily business
    • Manage the relationship with suppliers (contract negotiation and follow up)
    • Implementing IBS to a new site in Barcelona
    • Implementing new modules and radio frequency
    • Coordinating technical staff from IBS to manage improvements / change requests.

    Paris La Défense 2004 - 2007 Appointed to implement Oracle E-Business Suite in all Mazars locations (about 35 in France) and prepare rollout to other countries

    • Defining choice of ERP and global strategy for the rollout
    • Define with key users and functional consultant the core system
    • Define budget, planning and report progress, issues and KPI to the management board
    • Manager project managers and supervise workshop stream and project phases
