Member of the Executive Committee, leadership position in a global business, reporting to the CEO of Myfab with responsibility for current operations departments (Purchase/Sourcing/Quality control/Production/Logistics) and supply chain development.
Supply Chain oversight included production planning and scheduling, demand forecasting, inventory management, quality control, order management, all logistics activities, sourcing and supplier management.
Owner of crucial and strategic projects as Logistics Chain migration and ERP development (supply chain section).

Optimization and managing shipping, logistics and dispatching budgets, monitoring expenditure and implementing remedial saving cost measures (3 millions USD purchases per year / 20% saving in one year).
Management and training a multi-cultural team of 6 persons (Chinese/French/German).
Negotiated new contracts with 3PL (dispatching, shipping and logistics partners) in order to optimized all the logistics chain cost.
