As a recent high-tech sector, arthroscopic surgery (orthopedic area) evolves quickly ; different trainings and congresses are then set up for a regular update and skills/experience sharing
--> Meetings with senior surgeons to organise programs, help during workshops, logistic organisation.
* Marketing Materials Preparation
Around 10 new products are launched every year on the French market; depending on the importance of those products, marketing plans are drafted to organise those launches
--> Product sheets and surgical technic realisation in collaboration with surgeons, Europe Product Manager and regulatory service ; salesforce training ; sales and technical arguments.
* Field sales Support
--> Operating blocks visits, marketing brochures and advertisement realisation,etc.

Roissy en France2010 - maintenantRattachée au Directeur Commercial Régional, j’ai eu l’occasion de me familiariser avec le monde du transport et de la logistique, tout en menant des missions diverses telles que l’élaboration d’une base de prospects à partir de la base de donnée Kompass, et la gestion d’un projet IT d’informatisation des expéditions clients. J’ai en outre pu participer au suivi des Grands Comptes, organiser des soirées client et participer au salon de l’aéronautique à Tunis.
I had the opportunity to assist the Regional Sales Manager in several missions such as the setting up of a prospects base and statistics from the Kompass web database, and the management of an IT project, that consisted in the computerisation of customer’s expeditions. I also dealt with the management of Key Accounts, organisation of customers events and I had the chance to take part into the Air show in Tunis (Tunisia).

This experience enabled me to live the pressure and hazard of a supervisor position. My attributions consisted in the staff management and training, welcoming of customers, bookings management, stock management as well as attention of the general aspect of the restaurant.
