    2013 - 2013 Atout France, France Tourism Development Agency, based in New York is in charge of marketing France as a tourist destination on the US market.
    We promote France as a strategic destination for meetings, incentives, conventions and events and we are the key contact for all US customers who are planning events in France.

    - Organize B to B events between French suppliers (hotels, convention centers, DMCs, PCOs, venues, service providers…) and US event planners (agencies / third parties, corporations and associations), such as Let's Meet in France, Euro event, salesmissions…

    Organization of Let's Meet in France: workshop program in Atlanta, Minneapolis and Boston including American meetings planners and French suppliers:
    - Recruiting meeting planners, following up registrations, customer relationships,
    - Logistics (transport, accommodation)
    - Following up with French partners (DMC, hoteliers, tourist offices- congress centers).
    - Creating media for promotional events (invitations, catalogue exhibitors / partners ...)

    - Web: e-newsletters production, website content creation, back office management, follow-up reporting, social media content

    - Press - search statistics / trends on the market
    -Treatment of request for proposal from U.S. customers (hotels, venues congress search, events planning...)
