• Create and optimise in Manugistics weekly production plans at technical level for the finished goods, according to the sales forecast, customer orders and inventories;
• Interface with Plant schedulers to convert rough-cut production plan to finite schedule on a weekly basis. Interface with the Demand Planning Manager, Customer Service, NPD managers, to obtain the necessary information for the production planning process;
• Control production and set inventory goals for finished goods. Follow inventory alerts (OOS, overstocks) by exception, on a daily basis;
• Prepare the documentation, reports and represent the Supply Chain in the S&OP process;
Prepare production plan simulations and scenarios in Manugistics. Communicate Supply chain opportunities/issues/ recommendations for resolutions during these meetings;
• Assist in budgeting process for Supply Chain. Provide long term plans to factories;
• Responsible for monthly reporting of the supply planning performance metrics. Monitor performance and recommend action plans that ensure that production stability, inventory targets, and customer service are achieved;
• Lead continuous process improvement initiatives for Supply Chain and Supply Planning
