  2013 - maintenant Essential Tasks:
  - Works with project engineering to ensure the reliability and maintainability of new
  
  and modified installations. The reliability engineer is responsible for adhering to the life
  cycle asset management (LCAM) process throughout the entire life cycle of new assets.
  
  - Participates in the development of design and installation specifications along with
  commissioning plans.
  
  - Leads the development and evaluation of equipment inspections and technical
  support for maintenance team.
  
  - Guides efforts to ensure reliability and maintainability of equipment, processes,
  
  utilities, facilities, controls and safety/security systems.
  
  - Develops engineering solutions to repetitive failures and all other problems that
  adversely affect plant operations. These problems include capacity, quality, cost or
  regulatory compliance issues.
  
  - Works with Production to perform analyses of assets including:
  
  * Asset utilization
  
  * Overall equipment effectiveness
  
  * Remaining useful life
  
  * Other parameters that define operating condition, reliability and costs of assets
  
  - Provides technical support to production, maintenance management and technical personnel
  
  - Provides input to a risk management plan that will anticipate reliability-related and non-reliabilityrelated risks that could adversely impact plant operations.

  Engineering Department head :
  I started with a team responsible of monitoring the implementation
  and commissioning of a second production unit created by the Franco-
  German POLYSIUS, then I was head of mechanical maintenance and
  finally I was designed as responsible of the engineering department.
  Our engineering and methods tracks the visits of the different
  workshops of the plant, monitoring of investment projects,
  procurement, GMAO scheduling and technical monitoring of
  maintenance operations.
  
  - Tasks ;
  - Manage and ensure the implementation of the maintenance
  system of the new production line (preparation of check lists and
  schedules visit, development of the manual of systematic
  maintenance, supply of spare parts ...)
  
  
  - Responsible for a team of visitors preparators (mechanical,
  
  lubrication, engines, utilities, electrical, automation and
  instrumentation) to ensure the inspection and monitoring of
  the plant
  
  
  - Preparation of investment projects and supply with the
  specifications charges
  
  - Set priorities and allow daily maintenance operations
  in collaboration with the operational services (mechanical,
  electrical and automation)
  
  - Organization and planning of maintenance interventions
  in collaboration with the department of production
  
  - Preparation, launch, supervision and reception of
  subcontracting projects.
  
  - - Planning and supervision of major projects downtime :
  
  replacement of the kiln shell ``POLYSIUS+ ALC'',
  Replacement of an electro-filter by a bag filter ``AAF'''
