    Resources Management Analyst

    Resources Analyst Objective:
    -------
    * Provide administrative support to Resource Coordinators (Workforce, Asset, M&S and/or Product Coordinators), enabling them to focus onplanning tasks.
    * Identify possible future resource needs based on upcoming jobs reflected on the business systems and communicate these to the ResourceCoordinator.

    Activities:
    * Track job start/end dates in planning system of record (iDistrict, JMP, FDP) to coordinate scheduling and mobilization of to/from andbetween rigs and service delivery locations.
    * Support data entry of personnel to jobs in the planning system of record (iDistrict, JMP, FDP) and initiate relevant notifications to all involvedparties
    * Liaise with SSO to facilitate equipment movements
    * Perform administrative tasks related to import/export and interlocution shipments, including physical and system based (OneClick, iBaserequests, TMS, LCT) actions.
    * Perform administrative tasks related to entering M&S requests into the appropriate business systems.
    * Support the Workforce Coordinator to ensure that operators are assigned to jobs in accordance with their field employee management plansto comply with service delivery development.
    * Review Operators' availability and work with Workforce Coordinator for sharing (inward/outward) as required to cover imbalances
    * Coordinate with employees' management on effective balance of days of rest, vacation, and rig days for field to ensure adherence to thework schedules.
    * Evaluate and track local client-specific requirements to ensure compliance of allocated workforce to job requirements.
    * Maintain permits for equipment, transportation of dangerous goods paperwork, and insurance paperwork.
    * Provide travelling support for field employees (hot shot scheduling, helicopters, list of people to the client, rig site accommodations, etc.).
    * Complete fixed asset disposal requests or fixed asset acquisition requests, and review monthly asset movements reports.* Support Asset Coordinator in completion of fixed asset reconciliation tasks o In the absence of Shared Base Support (SBS), location structure may dictate the need for this job to be designated to carry out some SBS tasks such as equipment shipping, receiving and associated mechanical lifting.

    • Tracking by consolidating Products rigs reports to have an accurate inventory on daily basis.
    • Personnel timesheets
    • Work jointly with Logistics Distribution Services Groups to ensure the movements of goods in and out is done • in compliance with customs regulations while aiming to improve on-time delivery of equipment`s to products lines.
    • Checking compliancy with customs and third parties (Transit groups) to make sure the commercial Invoice, Customs Value Declaration and Bill of Lading align with the requirements.
    Schedule Reception, Shipments and Deliveries
    • Arranging product pickups and deliveries with Logistics Distribution companies and route drivers accordingly (by using the Journey management as requested by company standard).
    • Overseeing the transportation of products from one location to another, such as from loading docks to warehouses/rigs or warehouses to rigs.
    • Accurate communication between parties to assure we are working together
    • Updating the database with changes in carrier’s status
    Warehouses Inventory & housing keeping
    • Manage our Inventory based on clients/customers need, by analyzing product orders to keep certain goods, equipment’s in stock.
    • Maintain the product inventory updated daily.
    • Maintaining high level of housekeeping in our various locations.
    Loss Prevention Team Leader (QHSE)
    • Supporting the QHSE objectives of the of the company on yearly basis.
    • Reporting on the state of the environment to take corrective measures, to all various anomalies observed
    • on our Sites and Warehouses.
    • Purchasing and distributing HSE equipment (coverall, Boots, and all PPE) • Commentary task assessment coach
