My role comprises technical account management, data analytics and business development in the
Insurance software industry.
Technical account management: Supporting clients (UK, Ireland, France & Belgium), including:
* Develop relationships with clients ;
* Software implementation to put Xactware at the core of our clients' businesses ;
* Address technical issues within SLAs agreed with each clients ;
* Reporting projects: Gathering requirements with clients, advising on industry standard KPIs and
building reports using a business intelligence tool (Pentaho)
* Workflow optimisation: Understanding of clients' internal workflow and designing of
improvement plans
* Client training on the software
* Identify new opportunities
Data analysis in the British and European insurance markets:
* Designing new processes to obtain the best pricing data (hacking, cleaning and processing): I led
the development of a new method with the aim of improving the re-pricing processes and reliability
of data
* Data mining to find trends and insights in UK claims market, including the creation of a UK
benchmark for claims rates
* Languages used: SQL, Excel and R
Business development in several markets (UK, Ireland, Benelux & France):
* Worked on the growing Xactware markets in UK, France and Belgium including regular travel
abroad to meet and pitch to potential clients.
* Analysis of customers' requirements and building of the Xactware solution
* Working with potential clients to ensure that pilots are successful
* Delivering reports using business intelligence tool to prove the value of the software to potential
customers

Fulfilling a multidisciplinary and central role for the steel subcontractor on a EUR 600million construction
project (the Fondation Louis Vuitton Museum).
* Subcontract budget: 10 million euros. ;
* Experience at all stages of the production process; from design and budget calculation to
manufacturing, logistics and working on site; managing quality of output.
* Client meetings: negotiation of prices, advising on technical design and cost solutions. ;
* Financial management: supporting the project director in the writing of financial reports for
the company's directors. I personally developed the existing excel spread sheets to improve
their readability.
* Contract and planning management: analysing and measuring all areas of the project's
performance. I drew up a 1.2 EUR million claim following issues between the contract and actual
work provided.

Development of a medium-size start-up to increase its global market share of asset management and
infrastructure monitoring.
* Studying and responding to calls for tenders from potential clients, with an average value of
500,000 EUR .
* Involvement in a 1 EUR million bid to monitor the Bai Chay Bridge in Vietnam. Travel to Vietnam
to conduct meetings with our clients: representatives from the Transport and Construction
Ministry. After 6 months of negotiations, we succeeded in winning the work.
* Tailoring and presenting specialized products (monitoring sensors and software) to new clients,
namely to the Infrastructure Department of Regions in France and Spain.
* Consulting: advising clients on the best solution for them to monitor their infrastructure assets.
