En résumé

I joined ESO as the head of Optomechanics for the European Extremely Large Telescope, a one billion euros project, in 2007.
Previously I have been working in the industry, at SAGEM-REOSC, in the field of high performance optical systems design and manufacturing. I have been project manager for several optical systems for space programs, ground based astronomy, laser systems, defense, science. I was the project manager for the 8-m primary mirrors for the Very Large Telescope and GEMINI, as well as for the 11-m primary mirror for the Gran Telescopio Canarias. I have been as well manager for the process and instrumentation divisions, head of programs, and general manager of the REOSC plant. I joined the SAGEM Defense Securite headquarters as deputy technical director and deputy manager for the Center of Excellence of Optomechanics.
I am also giving courses for the Ecole Superieure d'Optique in France : Optomechanics, Optical Manufacturing, Active Optical Systems.
