En résumé

After 3 years as a PhD student a lab/industry partnership, it is 7 years that I’m manager of innovative projects. I’m currently in charge of relationship with Public local institutions and STELIA Aerospace in Méaulte. At the same time I continue to manage and develop projects with internal (STELIA Aerospace, Airbus Operations, Airbus Helicopters) and external partners (Labs, schools, industry). Those projects mainly deals with Automations, Robotics, Measurement, Assembly, Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality.

    Blagnac 2009 - 2017 As the representative member of Airbus Group in Méaulte, my main activities are :
    - Méaulte Antenna daily Management
    - Relationship with Public institutions (Region “Hauts de France”) and Academics (Schools and Labs)
    - Focal point with STELIA Aerospace on Robotics, Assembly, VR & AR
    - Internally: works with Airbus Helicopters, Airbus Operations, STELIA
    - Externally: works with Labs, Schools, Institutes and Companies

    Additionnaly I also co-supervised thesis, talked at conference events, co-wrote publications and patents

    As a research and innovation project manager, i'm used to:
    - Initiate: with internal or external partners
    - plan : budget and technical works
    - manage : technical development with multiple competencies teams, on-time and quality deliverables, relationship with suppliers and sub-contrators, relationship with partners and stakeholders
    - close: once the project is over, ensure to value the results by internal communications, technical transfer, negociations of agreement to commercialize

    Examples of known project I participated to: LOCOMACHS (EU), APROCHE & NOUGAT (Plateforme Usine Aéronautique du Futur CORAC), SELECT 2.0 (FUI), AVIBUS (FUI)

    Those works are linked to various technical activities such as:
    - Industrial, Collaborative, Advanced and Smart robotics
    - Mecatronics and monitoring applied to manufacturing process
    - Metrology applied to 3D scanning, robot accuracy, uncertainties management
    - Computer vision, Finite Element Method, 3D Printing, Realtime Control & Augmented Reality

    2005 - 2009 PhD student responsible of scientific and technological developments on a robotic project for aeronautical assembly
