    As General Manager responsible for the P&L and balance sheet. In charge of Sales, marketing, Supply chain, Manufacturing, Production (40 plastic injection equipments), HR, Finance.
    Main customers: retailers, departamental stores, specialized stores.

    • Strengthened the strong market leader position despite direct imports and new competitors. (#1 to #4 market share participation on main relevant categories).
    • Improved the business models (ie: avoid returns, reinforcing after sales service, portfolio optimization, brought in new businesses) and provided strategic vision for each area.
    • Net sales (3 Years): +36%, Net benefit +28%, Inventories: +17%
    • Factory growth units (3Y): +79%
    • Business & Market intelligence, KPI´s, Joint business plans w/main customers, P&L by product and customer, Commercial terms renegotiation, Merchandisers reorganization, Product promotions.
    • Developed Prinsel e-store, digital marketing (FB 400k followers) and market place.
    • Fostered industrial good practices based on LEAN & continuous improvement (ISO, 5S, OEE, SMED, process ownership by qualified operators, reliable production equipments, adequate maintenance, clean and ordered spaces, KPI´s, visual floor, process deviation analysis, accurate data for planning, APS).
    • S&OP, demand planning, as a continuous improvement process to increase sales and profit and reduce inventories.

  • HASBRO - Supply Chain & Demand Planning Sr. Director

    2003 - 2013 Sr. Director level, 150 direct reports, reporting into the General Manager.

    Objetive: Increase fill rate (sales) and reduce costs & inventory.

    • Leading the S&OP and Demand Planning process, 900 main sku´s. Fill rate: increased from 78% to 93%,
    • Very strong partnership with sales and marketing
    • FG Inventory reduced in 40% at 2.0 months of supply in house
    • Implemented a very significant duty saving program (CEO award)
    • Fully developed a finished goods manufacturer in Mexico
