    Meylan 2012 - maintenant Manager of a team of technical experts on stainers and scanners for the pathology laboratories.
    The team is responsible for:
    -2nd level remote support
    -on-site support
    -technical training
    -escalation and reporting to the manufacturer

    The team was created when I joined the company. I developed it from a team of three to a team of nine.

    Main functions:
    -reporting on the technical situation (costs, main issues) of the different product lines.
    -organization of the support of the new product launches.

  • Hamamatsu Photonics France - Ingénieur Support Technique

    2002 - 2012 Technical expert of different instruments for the France, Spain, Portugal, Switzerland, Italy and Belgium.

    -failure analysis instruments for semiconductor companies
    -streak (ultra fast) cameras for research laboratories
    -slide scanners for pathology labs

    I was in charge of the installation and support (on-site and remote), user training, interface with the HQ in Japan for escalation. I also supported sales activities (demonstrations, congresses).
